Our Company was originally incorporated as “Shree Krishna Tour and Travels Private Limited”on July 03, 1990 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat bearing Registration No. 13979 having its registered office in Gujarat. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to “Shree Krishna Infrastructure Private Limited” by passing
necessary resolution on November 13, 1995. Subsequently the status of our Company became public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to “Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited” ( CIN: L45201GJ1990PLC013979) pursuant to shareholders resolution passed in the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on March 22, 1996.
